Rösalu Studio was founded in 2021 with a simple but ambitious idea: work should feel human.
After years spent building and supporting people operations across fast-growing, global organizations, we saw the same pattern repeat itself; well-intentioned systems that worked on paper, but not always in practice. Structure was there, but something essential was missing.
Rösalu Studio was created to bring a more thoughtful, human-centered approach to how companies support their people, blending people strategy, culture, and experience design to reflect how teams actually work and lead. Our work is shaped by real moments of growth, change, and transition, and guided by a belief that the best workplaces are both well-designed and deeply felt.

Rösalu Studio is led by a global people operations and culture consultant with experience spanning startups, scale-ups, and established organizations across creative and corporate environments. With a practice grounded in organizational strategy, employee experience, and experiential design, the studio’s founder brings a distinct, human-centered approach to building cultures that support both people and performance.
Through close partnership with leadership teams, MARTYSE hAS supported organizations navigating growth, transformation, and moments of change. designing people systems and experiences that are practical, scalable, and deeply considered.
